Welcome to Flame of Hope ("the App"), operated by Flame of Hope International ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Account and Access Some features of the App may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

3. In-App Purchases The App may include virtual currency or goods that can be purchased with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Apple and Google handle all payments and refunds according to their policies.

 

4. User Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, bully, or harm other users

  • Use cheats, automation tools, or exploit bugs

  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the App's code

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property All content in the App, including graphics, audio, and software, is the property of Flame of Hope International or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada/Quebec, and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
